We collect information from visitors to this website through a simple online form consisting of your Name, Telephone Number and Email Address. No other information is requested.

We do not, under any circumstance provide third parties with your details.

INTERNET- BASED TRANSFERS

This means for instance that data you pass to us may be processed outside the European Economic Area, although the data will always be held securely and in line with the requirements of UK data protection legislation. When someone visits www.donvalleybrewery.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

TICKETING DATA

When you purchase a ticket (or tickets) for an event or Gift Card at Don Valley Brewery we may take your Name, Email and Telephone Number.  This will all be done over the phone. Any payment you make will be over the phone. We do not keep any other data than your Name, Email and Telephone Number. You may, of course, purchase a ticket (or tickets) in person without supplying the aforementioned personal data.
